How can this page help me?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, severe changes to everyday life can create new mental health concerns, or worsen existing ones. You and the communities you are part of may face new challenges that contribute to overall stress and concerns about mental health and wellness.
Some of you may wish to reach out for support in processing difficult experiences, or simply to learn about caring for your mental health and well-being.
Many of the counsellors, therapists, and support groups on this page are welcoming and non-judgemental of all experiences based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, age, size, and other factors. Some offer free, low-cost, or sliding-scale options.
